Tropical storm Harvey has been downgraded to a tropical depression. Expect continued rains and flooding in many areas.
With the storm still unloading massive rainfall amounts, our field teams and technicians remain on call and ready to respond in all impacted areas – as well as areas beyond those currently impacted – so that back-up teams can mobilize as quickly as possible.
While the current number of service interruptions is limited, we are prepared to enter all areas where permitted and our crews are actively engaged in service restoration. Additionally, we are closely monitoring closed areas as they are cleared for entry, in order to quickly assess the situation and resolve service-impacting issues.
In the event of any unavoidable weather-related outages, we will restore service as quickly as possible and will continue to update this page as Harvey progresses.
